Description

Easy Air Fryer Gingersnap Cookies – soft, chewy, and perfectly spiced. Ready in minutes for a quick, delicious holiday treat!

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, and 1 teaspoon salt.
  • In another, both add the 3/4 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup dark molasses mix well until the batter is fluffy, fold in the 1 large egg and 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture.
  • Add about 1 1/2 tablespoon of batter to a parchment-lined air fryer basket using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
  • Set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 5-7 minutes. Remove went the edges start to set. The cookies will harden as they cool down.
