Description

Easy Air Fryer Gingerbread Donuts are soft, fluffy, and packed with warm holiday spices. Quick and simple to make, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or festive desserts.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 stick butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves to a large mixing bowl.
  • Then add the softened 1 stick butter.
  • Then add in the 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 large eggs Mix in the 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1/2 cup molasses, and 1 cup milk.
  • Then spray your silicone donut and fill it with the prepared batter.
  • Air fry at 320°F for 9 minutes, then check for doneness. Add 1–2 more minutes if needed until fully cooked..

Oven Method:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan and fill each cavity about ¾ full with batter. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before glazing or decorating.
Skillet Option:
Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat. Spoon batter into small rounds and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Cool before adding glaze.
