Easy Air Fryer Garlic and Herb Roasted Chickpeas – a quick, crispy, and healthy snack packed with protein and flavor. Perfect for snacking or topping salads in minutes!

Ingredients 

  • 14.5 ounces chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary , dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, or kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by draining your 14.5 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans) then rinse the drained beans.
  • In a small mixing bowl, mix together the drained and rinsed chickpeas, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon rosemary , 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the chickpeas into the air fryer basket.
  • Set the cook time for 12-15 minutes at air fryer temperature of 370 degrees F, shake the basket halfway during the cooking process.
  • Let cool slightly, then transfer to a serving dish.
