Ingredients
6slicesBread
3largeEggs
1/2cupMilk
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
1teaspoonCinnamon
2tablespoonsSugar
Maple Syrup, for serving
Instructions
Cut your 6 slices Bread into small, bite-sized cubes. Stale bread works well too—it soaks up the egg mixture without falling apart.
In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 large Eggs 1/2 cup Milk, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons Sugar until smooth and well combined.
Gently toss the bread cubes in the egg mixture, making sure each piece is fully coated. Let them soak for 1-2 minutes for extra flavor.
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 3–5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Place the coated bread cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
Cook at 370°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the French toast bites are golden and crispy.
Remove the bites from the air fryer and serve immediately with Maple Syrup, powdered sugar, or your favorite dipping sauce.
