Instructions
Start by pouring your 1 pound mussels into a large mixing bowl, and mix in the 2 tablespoons garlic, 4 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons dry white wine, and 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
Pour the mussels onto the air fryer rack or into the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, set cook time for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes toss them, or shake the basket. And set for another 2 to 5 minutes.
