Make Easy Air Fryer Cherry Cobbler with juicy cherries and a golden, buttery topping for a quick, cozy dessert in just minutes.
Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsbaking powder
3/4cupmilk
1/2cupbutter
21ouncescherry pie filling
Instructions
Start by mixing together the flour, sugar and baking powder, and milk in a small bowl.
Mix everything together until it’s nice and well blended.
Then in the microwave or small saucepan, melt the butter.
Pour the melted butter into the bottom of your 8×8 pan, and then pour the batter and cherry filling on top. Do not mix, it will all bubble up, during the cooking time.
Set your air fryer to 320 degrees F, and set the time for 20 minutes.After 20 minutes, check the batter, you are looking for golden brown, I put my cobbler back in the air fryer for another 15 minutes.
