Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Galette with flaky puff pastry and sweet, juicy blueberry filling. Easy rustic dessert made quickly in the air fryer with golden, crisp edges.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 sheet puff pastry , thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon sparkling sugar, optional

Instructions

  • Place your 1 sheet puff pastry into the air fryer basket.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add the 1 cup blueberries 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cornstarch and mix well.
  • Place the blueberries in the center. The amount is going to be determined by how big your galette is. The large gallate will use all the fillings; if you have a smaller air fryer, you must do 3 galettes, so divide the filling accordingly.
  • Fold the edges up and over the edge of the pastry, and do it all around. Press the dough together.
  • In a small bowl, crack 1 large egg and mix in 1 tablespoon of water; this is your egg wash.
  • Use a pastry brush and brush the pastry with egg wash. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sparkling sugar over the pastry.
  • Set in the air fryer temperature to 330 degrees F, and set cook time for 15-20 minutes.
