Description

Make juicy and flavorful Air Fryer BBQ Pork Tenderloin in just 20 minutes. This quick and easy recipe delivers tender pork with a sweet and smoky glaze perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin, about 1 large or 2 small
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Trim any excess fat from the 1 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the pork all over with 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper. Make sure it’s evenly coated.
  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush your 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce over the pork for a glossy, flavorful finish.
  • Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice into medallions and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
