1 1/2poundsPork Tenderloin, about 1 large or 2 small
1/2cupBBQ Sauce
1tablespoonOlive Oil
1teaspoonGarlic Powder
1teaspoonOnion Powder
1/2teaspoonSalt
1/2teaspoonBlack Pepper
Instructions
Trim any excess fat from the 1 1/2 pounds Pork Tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the pork all over with 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper. Make sure it’s evenly coated.
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush your 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce over the pork for a glossy, flavorful finish.
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice into medallions and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
