Description

Make Easy Air Fryer Banana Donuts in minutes! Soft, fluffy, and naturally sweet, these quick donuts are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a simple homemade treat.

Ingredients 

Banana Donuts:

  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large bananas, ripe
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 1/2 cup  granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted, unsalted

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Once combined, add in the eggs, vanilla, bananas, and sour cream mix well.
  • Spray your pan with cooking spray, and then pour your batter into the prepared pan, filling about 2/3 the way full.
  • Set the pan into the Air Fryer, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Let the donuts cool slightly while you melt the butter, and mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Dip the donut into the melted butter and then into the ground cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
