2ripebananas, mashed
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2cupunsalted butter, softened
1cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1/4cupmilk, or buttermilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the 2 large eggs, then stir in the mashed 2 ripe bananas. Mix in the 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour mixture alternately with the 1/4 cup milk until just combined.
Preheat your air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F (160°C).
Pour the batter into a greased, air fryer-safe cake pan and spread it out evenly.
Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
