Description

Moist and flavorful Easy Air Fryer Banana Cake with tender crumb and rich banana taste—perfect for quick desserts or snacks.

Ingredients 

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk, or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the 2 large eggs, then stir in the mashed 2 ripe bananas. Mix in the 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the flour mixture alternately with the 1/4 cup milk until just combined.
  • Preheat your air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F (160°C).
  • Pour the batter into a greased, air fryer-safe cake pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket. Set cook time for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
