Ingredients 

  • 1 pound zucchini
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut your 1 pound zucchini in half, and then cut it into wedges. Rub the 2 teaspoons olive oil over the zucchini and season with 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Wrap your 8 slices bacon around the seasoned zucchini.
  • Set the bacon-wrapped zucchini into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 380 degrees F, and set cook time for 10-15 minutes using the air fryer setting.
  • Cook until bacon is crispy, for best results, flip your zucchini halfway during the cooking process.
