Description

Make Easy Air Fryer Bacon and Crab Rolls in just minutes. Crispy bacon, tender crab, and a savory, cheesy bite everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces crab, drained
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10-12 strips bacon

Instructions

  • Soak a toothpick in cold water for 10 minutes to prevent burning. In a small bowl, combine 12 ounces crab, 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  • Shape the dough into oval portions, about two tablespoons each, pressing firmly to hold the crab mixture. Wrap each portion tightly with 10-12 strips bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then add your bacon-wrapped crab rolls. Set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, set cook time for 9-12 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges 1/2 teaspoon parsley, and cocktail sauce.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
