Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
Add a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired pizza toppings (pepperoni, sausage, etc.) on top of the sauce.
Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal. Roll them gently in your hands to form a ball, making sure the filling is enclosed.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the sealed pizza puffs in the basket, seam-side down, making sure they are not touching each other.
Air fry the pizza puffs at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Remove the pizza puffs from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping!
