8ouncescream cheese
7ouncesmarshmallow fluff
1teaspoonpeppermint extract
1/2cupcrushed peppermints
4dropsred food coloring
Red and white sprinkles

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the 8 ounces cream cheese, 7 ounces marshmallow fluff, and 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy, then fold in the 1/2 cup crushed peppermints and mix again.
Add the 4 drops red food coloring a few drops at a time until you reach your desired pink shade, mixing well to incorporate.
