Description

Make crispy and flavorful Domino’s Hot Buffalo Chicken Wings at home with this easy copycat recipe. Perfectly spicy and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture for crispiness.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches).
  • Air fry wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket every 8 minutes, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the wings cook, combine hot sauce and melted butter in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Once wings are cooked, transfer to a large bowl and toss immediately with the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
