Description

Recreate the iconic Dairy Queen Brazier Burger Sauce with this simple copycat recipe. A creamy, tangy blend that’s perfect for burgers, fries, and more.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika, optional
  • teaspoon salt , to taste
  • teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup ketchup and 1 tablespoon yellow mustard . Stir until smooth.
  • Add 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish , ½ teaspoon onion powder , ½ teaspoon garlic powder , and ¼ teaspoon paprika. Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with ⅛ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon black pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • Spread on burgers, sandwiches, or use as a dipping sauce for fries and onion rings.
