Ingredients
2piecesCod Fillets, about 4 ounces each
2-3tablespoonsOlive Oil
1/2cupBread Crumbs , or Panko
1teaspoonKosher salt
1/4cupParmesan Cheese
1/2teaspoonBlack Pepper
Instructions
Start by using a pastry brush and rubbing the 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil over the fish, then season with 1 teaspoon Kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese and 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs , add the 2 pieces Cod Fillets, using your hands to coat the fish.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded fish into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 390 degrees F, air fryer setting and set cook time for 5-7 minutes.
