Description

Crispy Parmesan Crusted Cod in the Air Fryer is golden, crunchy, and tender inside. Quick, easy, and flavorful, this healthy seafood recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners or a protein-packed meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 pieces Cod Fillets, about 4 ounces each
  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs , or Panko
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Start by using a pastry brush and rubbing the 2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil over the fish, then season with 1 teaspoon Kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese and 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs , add the 2 pieces Cod Fillets, using your hands to coat the fish.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded fish into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 390 degrees F, air fryer setting and set cook time for 5-7 minutes.
