6haddock fillets, fresh or thawed
1 ½cupspanko breadcrumbs
½cupall-purpose flour
2largeeggs
3tablespoonsmilk
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Pat h6 haddock fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Place ½ cup all-purpose flour in one bowl, whisk 2 large eggs with 3 tablespoons milk in a second bowl, and mix 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika in a third bowl.
Dredge each fillet in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then press into the panko mixture until fully coated.
Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place fillets in a single layer and set air fry temperature at 400 degrees F and set cook time for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and flaky.
Let rest 1–2 minutes and serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
