Description

Air fryer crispy panko haddock is golden, tender, and ready in minutes. Enjoy a healthy, flavorful, restaurant-quality fish dinner with a crunchy coating.

Ingredients 

  • 6 haddock fillets, fresh or thawed
  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Pat h6 haddock fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Place ½ cup all-purpose flour in one bowl, whisk 2 large eggs with 3 tablespoons milk in a second bowl, and mix 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika in a third bowl.
  • Dredge each fillet in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then press into the panko mixture until fully coated.
  • Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Place fillets in a single layer and set air fry temperature at 400 degrees F and set cook time for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and flaky.
  • Let rest 1–2 minutes and serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
