Description

Crispy Air Fryer Red Cabbage is a quick, healthy, and easy side dish with golden, tender edges. Perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients 

  • 1 head red cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  • Slice your 1 head red cabbage into 1 inch thick slices, or shred.
  • Coat your shredded red cabbage with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
  • Place the coated and spiced cabbage pieces into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F for 4 minutes. When the time is up, flip the cabbage and set the temperature for another 3 minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
