Description
Light, golden, and irresistibly crispy, these breaded air fryer artichoke hearts make an easy appetizer, snack, or side in about 20 minutes.

½
cup

1
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
salt
14.5

,
canned, jarred, or fresh
Cooking spray
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the panko, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Dip each artichoke heart into the egg wash and let the excess drip off.
Roll the hearts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket. Place the hearts in a single layer and spray the tops generously with cooking spray.
Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through and re-spraying with cooking spray.
Plate, serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
