Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Peel the apples and cut them into even 1/2-inch wedges. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Dip each apple wedge first in the flour mixture, then the egg, then press into the cinnamon-sugar crumbs. Shake off the excess after each dip.
Arrange the coated fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket — do not crowd them. Spray generously with olive oil.
Air fry at 380°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again with olive oil after flipping, until golden brown and crisp.
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with the caramel cream dip.
