Description

Make homemade Copycat Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning with simple pantry spices. Bold, zesty, and versatile, it’s perfect for meats, seafood, vegetables, and more.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder,
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder,
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano,
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme,

Instructions

  • Measure out all spices: 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon dried oregano and ½ teaspoon dried thyme.
  • Mix all the spices together in a medium bowl until fully combined.
  • Taste a small pinch and adjust cayenne or salt to your preferred heat level.
