tri-color rotini

salad dressing

Greek vinaigrette or Italian dressing

red bell pepper

diced
1/2
cup
red onions

diced
1/2
cup
black olives

diced
1/2
cup
cherry tomatoes

diced
1/2
cup
Cheese
,
feta, diced mozzarella, or Monterey Jack, optional

cup
Parmesan Romano blend

adjust to taste

seasoning
,
Morton’s Nature Seasons, Mrs. Dash, or Italian seasoning

Instructions
Boil rotini to al dente texture, rinse with cool water, and drain.
Combine Greek vinaigrette or Italian dressing with the pasta.
Chop red bell peppers, other colored bell peppers (if using), red onion, black olives, and tomatoes.
Toss in feta, diced mozzarella, or Monterey Jack cheese.
Add Parmesan Romano blend, Morton’s Nature Seasons, Mrs. Dash, or Italian seasoning.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
