Description

Create a homemade version of the classic Suddenly Salad with fresh ingredients and a creamy dressing. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients 

  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing, Greek vinaigrette or Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheese, feta, diced mozzarella, or Monterey Jack, optional
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Romano blend, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning, Morton’s Nature Seasons, Mrs. Dash, or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Boil rotini to al dente texture, rinse with cool water, and drain.
  • Combine Greek vinaigrette or Italian dressing with the pasta.
  • Chop red bell peppers, other colored bell peppers (if using), red onion, black olives, and tomatoes.
  • Toss in feta, diced mozzarella, or Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Add Parmesan Romano blend, Morton’s Nature Seasons, Mrs. Dash, or Italian seasoning.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
