Ingredients 

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix oats, chopped nuts (like almonds and walnuts), and any seeds you'd like (such as chia or flax). Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup, coconut oil (or olive oil), and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the oats and nuts, stirring to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Spread the granola mixture evenly in a single layer in a baking pan using a parchment liner if desired. set cook time for 10–12 minutes. Remove when fully cooked.
  • Once golden brown, let the granola cool completely on a baking sheet. The granola will become crispier as it cools. Store in an airtight container.
