Transfer to a jar. Using a small funnel, pour the seasoning into a clean, dry 4-ounce spice jar or small mason jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Label and store. Label the jar with the contents and the date. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
