Recreate the Cheesecake Factory’s beloved bruschetta at home with this easy copycat recipe—fresh tomatoes, burrata cheese, and basil on toasted bread with balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
Copycat Cheesecake Factory Bruschetta Recipe Ingredients:

burrata cheese ball

Serving Ingredients:

baguette

balsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Add cherry tomatoes, chopped shallot, minced garlic, and olive oil to a baking dish, tossing to coat everything evenly.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the tomatoes start to burst and release their juices. For extra caramelization, broil on high for 2–3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, season with salt and pepper, and gently nestle the burrata on top.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Enjoy with crostini, crackers, or slices of crusty bread.
