Instructions
Shape 1 1/2 pounds Ground beef into small patties, about 2-3 ounces each. Season with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
In a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Add 6 slices Cheese in the last minute of cooking, if desired. Alternatively, you can cook the patties in the air fryer at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. This method gives you a juicy inside with a perfectly crisp outside while keeping cleanup easy.
Lightly butter the 6 Burger buns and toast them in a skillet until golden.
