A creamy, cheesy spinach dip inspired by The Cheesecake Factory. This warm appetizer is rich, garlicky, and perfect for parties, game day spreads, or lazy snacking when you want something that tastes way more expensive than it is.
Ingredients
10ozfrozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
8ozcream cheese, softened
1cupsour cream
1/2cupmayonnaise
1cupmozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2cupparmesan cheese, grated
2clovesgarlic, minced
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/4tspblack pepper
Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, spinach, mozzarella, and parmesan until fully mixed.
Choose Cooking Method
Oven:
Bake at 350°F in a greased dish for 15–20 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
Air Fryer:
Cook at 350°F for 5–8 minutes in an oven-safe dish. Stir halfway through for even heating and a creamy finish.
Crockpot:
Cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, stirring once or twice, until melted and hot throughout. Keep on WARM for serving.
Stir before serving and transfer to a serving bowl or keep warm in the crockpot. Serve with tortilla chips, bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
