Ingredients
1poundground beef, lean
1/4cuponions, diced
1/4cuppickles, diced
1/4cupcheddar cheese, shredded
16egg roll wrappers
1/2cupwater
Instructions
In a large skillet, add the diced onions, ground beef, and saute over medium heat until the ground beef is browned; mix in the shredded cheese, diced cooked bacon, and dill pickles. Mix well.
Place your egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add about 1/4 cup of the filling into the egg roll center. Use a pastry brush to brush the sides with water (this will help the egg roll seal). Fold the egg roll-up; this is a great video if you have never rolled an egg roll-up.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Then place your egg rolls into the basket, set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and set cook time for 8-10 minutes. Flipping halfway, through the cooking process.
