Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (optional)
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Water, for sealing the wontons

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until fully combined.
  • Lay wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each wrapper.
  • Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper. Fold into a triangle or pinch the corners together to form a rangoon, pressing tightly to seal.
  • Oven: Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Pan Fry: Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden on both sides.
  • Serve warm with ranch, blue cheese, or extra buffalo sauce for dipping!
