Flaky crescent dough rolled with cinnamon brown sugar, flattened into the signature paddle shape, and finished with a vanilla icing drizzle. This easy Buc-ee's Beaver Tail copycat is ready in about 30 minutes with no yeast and no thawing.
Ingredients
16ouncesrefrigerated crescent dough sheets
3tbspunsalted butter, softened
½cuppacked light brown sugar
1½tbspground cinnamon
¼tspkosher salt
1tbspmelted butter, for brushing
1cuppowdered sugar
2tbsp whole milk
½tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a paste.
Unroll each dough sheet to about 8 x 12 inches (pinch seams if perforated). Spread with filling. Roll into a log.
Cut each log in half. Flatten each piece into an 8-inch oval, ½ inch thick.
Brush with melted butter. Bake 13–16 minutes until golden and caramelized.
Cool 5 minutes. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm pastries.
