Description

Recreate the bold, zesty flavors of Bonefish Grill's Chimichurri Sauce at home! This fresh, tangy sauce with herbs, garlic, and lemon is perfect for steaks, seafood, and grilled vegetables.

Ingredients 

  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 lemons, finely grated, zest
  • 4 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic, finely grate the lemon zest, and chop the parsley.
  • In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt, oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the sauce is smooth and well-blended.
