1teaspoonred pepper flakes
3lemons, finely grated, zest
4ounceslemon juice
1bunchflat-leaf Italian parsley, chopped

Instructions
Mince the garlic, finely grate the lemon zest, and chop the parsley.
In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt, oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
