Ingredients
1 1/2cupsall purpose flour
3teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1tablespoongranulated sugar
1 1/4cupmilk
1egg
3tablespoonsmelted butter, unsalted
2-3tablespoonsvegetable oil
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Then mix in the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
The key to cooking pancakes perfectly on the Blackstone Griddle is to preheat your griddle on medium heat. Then once the griddle is hot, add some vegetable oil on top. Once the oil is hot, add your pancake batter to the griddle.
Once bubbles start to form, flip your pancakes. Remove your pancakes when both sides are done.
