1largered bell pepper, cubed
1largezucchini, sliced
1largeyellow or summer squash, sliced
10Bella Mushrooms
Oil

Instructions
Start by soaking your wooden skewers in water for about 10 minutes. Then turn the Blackstone Griddle on to medium-high heat for about 5 minutes to preheat.
While the Blackstone Griddle is preheating, brushing or rubbing the oil over the vegetables, and seasoning them. Thread them through the skewers.
Add the vegetable skewer to the Blackstone Griddle and cook for about 10 to 14 minutes. Frequently flipping during the cooking process. If you need to add more oil, add some more and some seasonings.
