Ingredients 

  • 1 pound cooked kielbasa, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Soak your wooden skewers for about 30 minutes before starting.
  • Then preheat your Griddle to medium-high heat. Thread your wooden skewers with a mixture of kielbasa, bell peppers, sweet onions, and pineapple.
  • Add your kebabs to the Griddle and brush with BBQ Sauce—Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip, baste again and cook for another 5 minutes.
