Instructions
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat (about 350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, nuts, and crackers; toss to distribute evenly. In a separate bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and any optional seasonings.
Pour the butter mixture over the dry mix and stir gently until every piece is evenly coated.
Transfer to the preheated griddle and spread into an even layer. Toast 12–15 minutes, stirring every 3–4 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Remove from the griddle and spread out to cool completely — it crisps further as it cools. Serve, or store in an airtight container.
