Bisquick Biscuits In Air Fryer

Description

Make soft, buttery Bisquick Biscuits in the Air Fryer in just minutes! Light, fluffy, and golden brown—perfect for any meal or snack.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/4 cup Bisquick Mix, Original or Gluten-Free
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the Bisquick and milk mixture until well combined. Then roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
  • Use your biscuit cutters, and cut out about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick circles.
  • Continue to make your Biscuits until you have run out of dough.
  • Place your biscuits into the Air Fryer Basket, set the temperature to 330 degrees F, air fryer setting, set cook time for 5-8 minutes.

Homemade Biscuit Mix

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Add the cold cubed butter to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter, fork, or your hands to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months. For longer storage, keep it in the fridge for up to 6 months.
