Description

Make the famous Big Mac sauce at home in just 5 minutes! This easy copycat recipe is creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet—perfect for burgers, fries, wraps, and dipping. No cooking required, and it uses simple pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • tablespoons yellow mustard
  • ½ tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Stir before serving.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk

Notes

  • For a flavor closer to the original McDonald's sauce, use sweet pickle relish instead of dill.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Do not freeze.
  • Make it ahead—the flavor improves after chilling overnight.
