Description

A bold, savory, slightly smoky homemade seasoning blend balanced with garlic, onion, smoked paprika, and a kiss of brown sugar for that signature caramelized crust.

Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp ground sage

Instructions

  • Gather and measure — Get your bowl and jar ready
  • Combine the spices — Add everything to the bowl
