8ouncesshishito peppers
2teaspoonsolive oil
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Add the peppers to a small bowl, and then rub olive oil over them, season them with some salt and pepper.
Spread in your air fryer basket or tray. Set the temperature to 380 degrees F (air fryer setting) and air fry for 5-7 minutes.
