Description

Learn how to make my baked Avocado Egg Air Fryer recipe! Avocados are the perfect vessel for baked eggs. With only a handful of main ingredients required, breakfast just got a whole lot easier... and delicious!

Ingredients 

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your avocado in half and removing the seed.
  • Break the egg directly into the hole on the avocado. Season with salt and pepper, then add cheese or any other additional toppings.
  • Place each avocado half on top of a small white ramekin in the air fryer basket. Don't overcrowd — air fry in batches if needed.
  • Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set the timer for 9 minutes. At around 5 minutes, start checking your eggs because depending on which air fryer you own, it will go from baked to a hot mess.
  • Serve with herbs, salt, and pepper.
