Description

Creamy Avocado Lime Ranch Salad Dressing & Dip with zesty, fresh flavors. Perfect for salads, veggies, wraps, or as a healthy, flavorful dip.

Ingredients 

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, optional, cilantro, parsley, or dill

Instructions

  • Cut the 2 avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Add 4 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, 2 cloves garlic, ½ cup Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Include optional 2 tablespoons fresh herbs if desired.
  • Process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Use as a salad dressing, dip for veggies, or sauce for tacos and wraps. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
