In a small saucepan, combine the 1 cup BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup Honey, 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat.
Let the sauce simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
Trim the 4 Chicken Breasts If thick, slice them horizontally (butterfly) to create thinner cutlets for even cooking.
Drizzle the chicken with 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and season generously with 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper and 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder.
Grill or cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the chicken generously with the Honey BBQ Sauce. Top each piece with a 4 slices Cheddar Cheese and cover briefly to melt.
Cook the bacon until crispy. Lightly butter and toast the 4 Sandwich Buns on the grill or broiler for 1–2 minutes.
Spread a small amount of sauce on the bottom bun. Layer with the cheesy chicken, 8 slices Bacon Lettuce and Tomato
Top with the other bun half and serve immediately!
