Instructions
Mix the 2 cups sugar and 1 cup butter in a large mixing bowl, then mix in the 1 cup pumpkin puree, 3 large eggs, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Mix in the 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
