Ingredients
16wonton wrappers, cut into triangles
1tbspneutral oil, or olive/avocado oil spray
½tspkosher salt, or to taste
Optional: garlic powder, sesame seeds, or cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles or strips. Lightly spray or brush both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt and any seasonings.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Air fry 4–6 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool — they crisp further as they cool. Repeat in batches with remaining wrappers.
Serve with your favorite dips, or use to top salads and soups.
