Description

his copycat Air Fryer Wingstop Cajun Corn is crispy, buttery, and loaded with bold Cajun flavor — ready in just 25 minutes with 6 simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked and cut into 4 pieces each (ribbettes)
  • 2 tablespoons oil, canola, avocado, or olive
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Season the corn: Cut each ear of corn crosswise into 4 ribbettes. In a large bowl, toss the corn pieces with the oil and Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Air fry: Arrange the corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket — do not overcrowd. Cook for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.
  • Butter and serve: Return the hot corn to the bowl, toss with melted butter, season with salt to taste, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional

Notes

  • For maximum flavor, use homemade Wingstop fry seasoning in place of standard Cajun seasoning.
  • If using frozen corn on the cob, thaw and pat dry first; add 2–3 minutes to cook time.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Reheat at 350°F in the air fryer for 4–5 minutes.
