Instructions
Preheat your air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes.
In a bowl, mash the 1 medium banana and fold in the 1 large egg, and 3 tablespoons self-rising flour. Mix well, until well combined.
Spray an oven safe mug with cooking spray and then pour in the batter.
Place the mug in the air fryer basket and set cook time for 12-15 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through. Allow cooling for a few minutes before serving.
