Description
This is an easy recipe for homemade Vegetable Pizza, Made on a Flatbread. This is a quick and easy dinner or lunch recipe, and so healthY!
Ingredients

Naan Bread

cup
Marinara Sauce
1/2
cup
Mozzarella Cheese
,
Shredded

tablespoons
spinach
,
fresh
1/2
cup
mushrooms
,
sliced
1/4
cup
cherry tomatoes
,
sliced in half
Instructions
Pre-heat air fryer 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Spread the marinara sauce on the naan bread. If you like crust, leave a little bread showing on the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add the spinach, mushrooms & tomatoes.
Place in the air fryer for 5-8 minutes or until cheese and veggies have fully cooked.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
