Ingredients 

  • 4 veal cutlets, pounded thin
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls:
  • Bowl 1: Flour, seasoned lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Bowl 2: Beaten eggs.
  • Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Pat the veal cutlets dry.
  • Dip each cutlet into the flour, coating evenly. Shake off excess.
  • Next, dip into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
  • Finally, coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place breaded veal cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
  • Air fry for 6 minutes, then flip and spray the other side.
  • Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer to a plate and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
  • Serve with a side of pasta, a fresh salad, or sautéed vegetables.
