While the chicken and potatoes are cooking, toss the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, dried basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the veggies to the air fryer basket with the chicken and potatoes. Shake the basket gently to combine and cook until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
Remove the chicken, potatoes, and veggies from the air fryer.
